Position Overview: As a Non-Skilled Caregiver, you will provide essential support and companionship to clients who need assistance with daily activities. Your compassion and dedication will help our clients maintain their independence and enhance their quality of life.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide companionship and emotional support

• Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting

• Light housekeeping and laundry

• Meal preparation and assistance with feeding

• Medication reminders

• Monitor and report changes in clients' needs

• Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable living environment

Qualifications:

• No formal certification required — we provide comprehensive training!

• A compassionate and patient demeanor

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Reliable, punctual, and trustworthy

• Ability to follow care plans and work independently

• Must pass a background check and have reliable transportation
