SMT Operator – 1st & 2nd Shift | $19.50–$22.00/hr | Start ASAP
Location: Longmont, CO

Shifts:
- 1st Shift: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
- 2nd Shift: Monday–Thursday, 3:30 PM – 2:00 AM
We are hiring SMT Operators to join a fast-paced electronics manufacturing team in Longmont. This is a great opportunity to work with modern equipment and grow your skills in a clean, high-tech environment.
Responsibilities:
- Set up and operate SMT machines, including screen printers, pick-and-place, and reflow ovens
- Follow process sheets and instructions to assemble printed circuit boards
- Load feeders and verify correct components using load lists
- Handle moisture-sensitive devices following MSL requirements
- Use proper ESD and board handling techniques
- Clean boards and stencils as required
- Monitor and adjust equipment to ensure quality and efficiency
Requirements:
- 6 to 12 months of electronics manufacturing or SMT experience preferred
- Familiarity with SMT equipment and basic troubleshooting
- IPC-A-610 training (Modules 1, 2, 4, 7, and 8) and IPC-DVE-64C component ID knowledge preferred
- Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office and electronic systems like OCuity)
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
