As a CBRE Technical Director, you will lead the Facility Management Operations teams within the customers laboratory operations and Research and Development facilities in a Gx. P Pharmaceutical environment. The Director will be responsible for all mechanical operations, maintenance (hard and soft services), communications, energy management, and workforce development programs for a portfolio of buildings and sites. The Directors team will operate in an outsourced Facilities Management Service offering in the US based sites for one Life Sciences client. Services will be delivered via direct staff and third-party partners. This role supports the Critical and Technical Services job function. They are responsible for technical maintenance services in critical client environments. Role will lead a team of over 5-10 direct and 60-80 indirect reports.
