Operates a commercial paving machine used for bridge, highway, roadway/street, and large patch projects Main Responsibilities: - Embrace the Companys safety culture, actively support all safety initiatives, and adhere to defined accountabilities implemented by the Safety Steering and Continuous Improvement teams - Support, promote, and practice the Company core values, vision, and mission; follow code of ethics, workplace conduct, safety, and other established policies - Observes safety procedures, report potentially unsafe conditions, and use equipment and materials accurately - Operates commercial asphalt paver, including providing direction and hand signals to drivers and other employees on the paving crew - Directs materials supply trucks into hopper - Operates other tools and equipment as required for assigned tasks - Performs minor equipment maintenance inspections such as greasing, checking oil and fluids - Drives company vehicles to worksites and company locations when authori...Operator, Equipment Maintenance, Manufacturing, Construction
