Job Description"We Push the Boundaries of Possibilities for Our Communities"Overview of the Position Responsibilities: The Systems Analyst will provide technical analysis for the billing and customer care systems in collaboration with the Director of Customer Management and Billing Systems. This position involves the development, testing, ongoing maintenance, and comprehensive documentation of all components within the ICOMS platform. Additionally, the Systems Analyst will offer technical troubleshooting and support for internal stakeholders, addressing inquiries related to ICOMS, billing, and account management. The role will also contribute to the development and implementation of system solutions to ensure the billing platform aligns with and meets the strategic goals and requirements of the customer care, product management, marketing, field operations, and finance teams.What You Will Do: Advise on ICOMS integration capabilities to drive improved Customer ExperienceWork closely with development team to drive improved integrationCollaborate with Business Intelligence team to develop automated reporting capabilitiesAnalyze data quality anomalies and develop processes to rectify themManage and resolve errors found in ICOMS promptlyInitiate and resolve tickets with ICOMSSupport all departments for Voice, Data, and Video servicesConduct system readiness testing for ICOMS product and service changesCreate and maintain departmental documentation of processes and proceduresCoordinate with the product team to align on product strategyEnsure seamless provision flow for customer activation via provisioning platformMonitor and troubleshoot interface issuesManage assigned products/projects, providing guidance to internal teams and stakeholdersServe as a key contact for stakeholdersBuild relationships, address concerns, and collaborate on cross-functional initiativesExercise independent judgment and discretion in significant mattersPerform other related duties as assignedAssist in developing billing solutions to meet company projects and goalsAnalyze and report on billing system performance for continuous improvementWhat You Will Need: Bachelor's degree required6-8 years of hands-on experience with billing/customer care systemsData analytical skills using SQL for data extraction and decision-makingKnowledge of billing systems and network system integrationProficiency in MS Office Suite, especially Excel and WordSQL expertise and understanding of database analytical toolsExperience with billing systems, especially ICOMSUnderstanding of billing system architecture and its relation to network systemsEffective time management, independence, and ability to prioritizeStrong written and verbal communication skillsProfessionalism in dynamic situationsAbility to multitask, problem-solve, and work efficiently in a fast-paced environmentDependability, self-motivation, and willingness to learnAbility to clearly communicate complex ideas to stakeholders at all levelsTechnical proficiency across applications and operating systemsExperience in training staff on billing and customer care systemsPhysical requirements include prolonged sitting, manual handling, and visual focusWhy Work at Bluepeak?
