Responsibilities:

• Manage full project lifecycle from initiation to closure for IT initiatives across manufacturing plants.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, including operations, engineering, and production teams, to gather and define project requirements.
• Lead cross-functional teams to implement ERP systems, MES (Manufacturing Execution Systems), PLM (Product Lifecycle Management), and other manufacturing IT solutions.
• Coordinate with vendors and third-party contractors when needed.
• Track project milestones and deliverables using appropriate tools (e.g., MS Project, Jira, etc.).
• Mitigate project risks and proactively resolve issues to ensure successful project delivery.
• Ensure all systems and integrations adhere to cybersecurity and compliance standards.
• Maintain documentation and report on project progress to executives and stakeholders.

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
• 10+ years of experience in IT project management, with at least 5 years in discrete manufacturing.
• Proven experience implementing or managing ERP, MES, or other manufacturing-related systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Infor, Siemens Opcenter, Scada etc.).
• Strong understanding of discrete manufacturing processes (e.g., BOMs, work orders, routing, scheduling, inventory management).
• Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid).
• Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills.

• PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent project management certification.
• Experience with Industry 4.0 technologies, IoT, and automation in manufacturing.
• Background in Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma methodologies.
• Familiarity with cloud solutions and cybersecurity practices in industrial environments.
