Develop, recommend, implement and manage the division's annual budget, business/marketing plan, forecasts and objectives to meet/exceed management expectations. Review and manage all costs, to include labor, recruiting, liquor, uniforms, etc. Assure 100% staff compliance with FLSA/timekeeping policies. Create schedules and review timecards on a weekly basis.
