Medical Equipment Driver and Customer Service Representative Needed! Pay Range: $18-20/hour (based on experience) Full Time: M-F 8 am-5 pm About the Role: Our well-established client in the healthcare industry is seeking a dedicated Medical Equipment Driver and Customer Service Representative to join their team. This role combines equipment delivery and setup with exceptional customer service. You will assist patients by delivering, maintaining, and educating them on the proper use of medical equipment and supplies while ensuring their needs are met with care and professionalism. Key Responsibilities: Follows company safety policies, including using protective equipment. Updates respiratory grid as needed. Available for on-call assignments. Completes delivery paperwork (invoices, work orders, logs, etc.). Verifies insurance coverage (Medicare, Medicaid, private insurance). Delivers, sets up, and maintains equipment using company/personal vehicle-travel up to 2 hours away.
