Join our mission to help people access the medicine they need to feel better and live well. We are seeking an IT Business Systems Analyst to play a crucial role in enhancing our specialty application, ScriptMed.

Your key responsibilities will include:

• Ensuring a thorough understanding of business requirements and acceptance criteria.
• Identifying and documenting enhancement scopes for assigned projects.
• Developing detailed work plans and estimates based on project scope.
• Interviewing stakeholders to elicit business needs and defining system requirements for software changes.
• Engaging in configuration discussions to ensure requirements are met and obtaining necessary sign-offs.
• Facilitating design review discussions to clarify requests and participating in Quality Assurance to review test cases.
• Mentoring junior team members and contributing to the evolution of development processes.
• Facilitating Scrum events and assisting in managing the product backlog.
• Monitoring and reporting project status, issues, and risks.

Education & Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in business, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• At least 2 years of functional system requirements analysis experience within ScriptMed.
• Must be eligible to work in the United States.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with Pharmacy Benefit Management (PBM) and healthcare regulations.
• Knowledge of software development life cycle processes.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Visio.
