We are seeking an experienced Program Manager with subject matter expertise in the application of AI in Analytics solutions . The Program Manager will collaborate with instructional designers, curriculum developers, and production professionals to create and present outstanding content, which may include webinars, workshops, self-directed training, short videos, technical labs, Q&A, other live content, or other digital media. This content is primarily intended for customers utilizing Oracle Analytics solutions, including users, professional analysts, and implementers.

The Program Manager will act as a subject matter expert (SME) with strong technical skills and attention to detail, possessing working knowledge and hands-on experience with AI and Agentic AI in the context of Data Warehousing, ETL/ELT, Data Lakes, Data Science and Business Analytics -- with specific coverage of the OAC, OAS, and FDI products. As an SME, they will be responsible for the technical accuracy of training and video content, technical demonstrations, and question and answer sessions, with particular focus on enabling customers to effectively leverage Oracle's AI platform and services in their data processing, analytical models and data visualization. We are seeking someone with deep familiarity in:

  • Data Lakehouse platforms: Databricks, Apache Delta Lake / Iceberg, Snowflake, Microsoft Fabric, etc.

  • Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) frameworks: LangChain, LlamaIndex, etc.

  • Agent Frameworks/Orchestration: LangChain Agents, OpenAI Function Calling, etc.

  • Generative AI platforms: OpenAI Playground, Google AI Studio, IBM Watson Studio, etc.

  • LLMs and Multimodal AI design/evaluation: MLflow, Arize AI, etc.

  • ASR and NLP solutions: OpenAI Whisper, IBM Watson Speech to Text, etc.

  • Prompt Engineering platforms: PromptLayer, LangSmith, etc.

  • Comparison of major AI providers (Oracle AI, AWS AI, Azure AI, etc.)

  • Real-world applications of AI: data query via natural language , chatbots, predictive analytics, video transcription, recommendation systems, etc.

All training content must be informative, accurate, and useful for the target persona and audience, with objectives to accelerate user competence and improve implementation quality. These efforts will increase customer adoption and satisfaction. Content delivery must be professional and engaging with clear articulation. Key components for presenter success include empathy for the audience, understanding of their needs, and respect for their time. This includes crafting relevant scenarios and activities that match the needs of Oracle Analytics audiences and key customers.

Responsibilities

Responsibilities:

  • Serve as a subject matter expert on AI tools, services and agentic AI capabilities within Oracle Analytics, ensuring accurate communication and demonstration of these features to customers.

  • Work effectively in a cross-functional team through collaboration, flexibility, project management and strong communication.

  • Design real-world use cases, practical scenarios, and illustrative demonstrations that showcase the implementation and value of agentic AI for customer audiences.

  • Act as a technical subject matter expert-guide and evaluate information content; help Instructional Design prioritize and identify content needs; act as a principal technical reviewer for videos and training.

  • Act as a technical presenter and instructor-present technical trainings in-person and by webinars; manage live question & answer sessions with accuracy and confidence.

  • Act as a principal technical reviewer-provide thorough technical review and accurate feedback; coordinate with technical stakeholders doing external review and help integrate their feedback into the content.

  • Gather feedback from customers regarding AI and agentic AI features and educational materials; incorporate insights to drive continual improvement of training resources.

  • Be prepared to manage multiple stakeholders on projects-manage expectations, alignment, and communications with customers and stakeholders through cadenced meetings, reports, statuses, reviews, etc.

  • Have a clear understanding of RACI and how it applies in each project.

  • Represent and articulate the needs of enablement projects to other internal stakeholders including product owners and engineering.

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years engineering, technical product management, solution architecture, or customer enablement experience in analytics; Oracle solutions preferred.

  • 5+ years technical presentation experience, preferably in training and informational content creation, with an emphasis on customer-facing enablement.

  • Demonstrated experience applying AI and agentic AI (e.g., autonomous agents, AI-driven automation, agent-based analytics) within an enterprise or analytics context.

  • Demonstrated experience applying ASR and NLP solutions to synthesize video transcription and written material as the basis of generative AI output.

  • Proficiency with a data science platform (OCI Data Science, Databricks, Azure ML,etc.), notebook environment (Juptyer notebooks, Google Colab, etc.), notebook-based IDE or AI studio.

  • Familiarity with big data processing (Lakehouses, Medallion/Lambda architectures, Graph query, Federated Learning) as a foundation for AI solutions (LLM, RAG, Vision models, Multimodal models, Anomaly detection, NLP, etc.)

  • Familiarity with Oracle OAC, FDI, ADW, and OCI product suites.

  • Proficiency with a modern self-service analytics tool like Oracle OAC, Power BI, Tableau, Looker, etc.

  • Ability to communicate sophisticated AI concepts in a clear, accessible manner through live sessions, interactive labs, and digital content for customer audiences.

  • Understanding of responsible and ethical use of AI and agentic technologies as applied to enterprise analytics platforms.

  • Proven skill in evaluating customer needs and designing enablement strategies that accelerate customer proficiency and adoption of AI-driven analytics capabilities.

  • Bachelor's degree required. Master's preferred. Education in a technical area or equivalent work experience preferred.

  • Knowledge/background in software industry products/services/applications required, with in-depth knowledge of Oracle's products/services/applications preferred.

  • Ability to learn quickly and work independently while managing ambiguity, with a strong positive attitude.

  • Strong cross-group collaboration, critical thinking, and organizational skills.

  • Ability to anticipate and analyze risks and develop mitigation plans.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Range and benefit information provided in this posting are specific to the stated locations only

CA: Hiring Range in CAD from: $76,700 to $167,600 per annum.

US: Hiring Range in USD from: $92,900 to $199,500 per annum. May be eligible for bonus and equity.

Oracle maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience, market conditions and locations, as well as reflect Oracle's differing products, industries and lines of business.

Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.
