Procures new and repeat business for the hotel by building relationships and staying in contact with Convention and Visitors Bureaus, Travel Agencies, National Sales Offices and Professional Associations. Promote local awareness through maintaining relationships with CVB's and tourism authorities. Conduct tours of property to meeting planners and other potential customers while informing of all hotel services available; entertain customers on the property, during site inspections, pre-planning trips, and program operation when appropriate. Participates at industry events trade shows and/or partners with local attractions to drive incremental revenue. Exceeds forecasted room night, convention, and F&B revenue goals. Develops comprehensive knowledge of guest and market needs.
