This position coordinates and responds directly to inmate correspondence to include; legal requests, policy questions, grievances, inmate religious practices, letters, and other inmate correspondence. Involves legal research, policy clarification, reviewing policy and procedures, discussion with inmates and Subject Matter Experts.
