**Immediate Opportunity**

CSEngineering is seeking to add a Facility Space Use Planner to our growing team!

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Utilize AutoCAD Civil or Map 3D, Revit, and ARCGIS programs, adhering to Spatial Data Standards for Facilities Infrastructure and Environment (SDSFIE), to create construction drawings, floor plans, update as-built drawings, and input/manipulate data in ARCGIS.
  • Regularly inspect and survey facilities to identify space and customer-related deficiencies, incorporating findings into Asset Management Plans. Ensure requirements comply with business rules (including DAFMAN 32-1084, DAFI 32-9005, and AFI 32-1020), and document assessments to support resource allocation at the Air Force Corporate Board. Update applicable databases and Sustainment Management Systems (SMS) regularly.
  • Support government personnel in completing reports, designs, and construction projects by managing processes and documentation. Provide research support to facilitate acceptance and implementation of recommendations.
  • Communicate fluently in English, both orally and in writing; negotiate complex issues; and maintain effective working relationships.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor's degree in Community Planning, Urban Regional Planning, Space Use Planning, Architecture, or a related field, including at least 30 semester hours in architectural design, community/regional/urban planning, ARCGIS, AutoCAD, or sustainable development.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a planner's office or with a registered architect, focusing on operations, maintenance, repair, and construction of vertical facilities.

Location: F.E. Warren Air Force Base - Wyoming (Onsite)
