As a Global Digital Campaigns Lead, you will be the principal architect of our digital growth engine for technology services. This is a high-impact, strategic role for a motivated, analytical leader who excels at the intersection of data, technology, and customer-centric marketing. You will move beyond traditional campaign management to own the end-to-end strategy, execution, and analytical optimization of global digital programs spanning our AI, analytics, cloud, IoT and digital experience services programs. Reporting to the Global VP of Technology and Service Line Marketing, you will act as a strategic partner to our service line marketing leaders, transforming business objectives into dynamic, full-funnel digital programs that drive measurable pipeline and revenue. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Statistics, or a related field.
A minimum of 7+ years of progressive experience in B2B digital marketing, with a strong focus on scoping, planning, and managing data-driven demand generation campaigns.
Expert-level, hands-on proficiency with LinkedIn Campaign Manager, including advanced targeting, budget optimization, and diverse ad formats.
Deep, practical experience with an enterprise-level CRM (Salesforce is strongly preferred), including building nurture programs, managing data flows, and creating performance reports.
Advanced proficiency in web analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics 4, Adobe Analytics) and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
Demonstrated experience with B2B multi-touch attribution modeling and reporting on campaign influence on pipeline and revenue.
Proven success in leading complex projects and influencing cross-functional teams in a matrixed organization.
Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with a demonstrated ability to articulate complex concepts and performance data to a variety of audiences, including executive leadership.
Experience with enterprise AI value propositions and marketing technology is highly desirable.

The annual salary for this position is between $160,000 - $180,000, depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate. This position is also eligible for Cognizant's discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant's applicable plans.
