A Respiratory Therapy Care Manager: The Respiratory Therapy Care Manager (RTCM) performs assessments, provides education, and sets up home oxygen, BIPAP, CPAP and noninvasive ventilator set ups. The RTCM collaborates with social work, discharge planner, TACT nurses and multidisciplinary team to ensure patients have the appropriate oxygen resources both in and out of the hospital setting.
