Join Our Team as a Senior Construction Engineering Manager!

We are looking for an experienced Senior Construction Engineering Manager to bring expertise and leadership to our projects. In this crucial role, you will apply engineering principles to resolve construction challenges and ensure the highest quality standards are met throughout the process.

Location: Cheyenne, WY

Pay Range: $66.00/hr - $73.00/hr

Key Responsibilities:

• Interpret and evaluate engineering drawings, schematic diagrams, and vendor shop drawings to ensure compliance with standards.
• Review construction drawings and specifications to verify adherence to quality assurance protocols.
• Assist in work planning to align with construction schedules and proactively identify potential delays.
• Analyze data and prepare reports highlighting deviations from construction document standards.
• Ensure installations of piping, utilities, mechanical equipment, and other components meet project specifications.
• Support the documentation of non-conformance with clear and concise reports.

Required Skills:

• Strong creativity, verbal and written communication, and analytical problem-solving abilities.
• A collaborative team player with exceptional attention to detail.
• Proficient in creating sketches and engineering drawings, along with computations.
• Ability to effectively read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
• Proficient with engineering software applications, especially Computer-Aided Design (CAD).

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering is mandatory.
• A minimum of 10 years of experience within the Construction Industry is required.
• At least 4 years of direct construction project experience on-site.
• Experience with EPMS, BAS, and controls systems is advantageous.
• Prior experience as a Construction Project Manager or collaborating with equipment vendors is a plus.
• Knowledge of natural gas piping, plumbing systems, and mechanical systems is preferred.
• A Mechanical Engineering license or equivalent qualification is required.

Essential Requirements:

• Experience with BlueBeam Software is essential.
• Mechanical Engineering Education or license is a must.

Additional Information:

• This is a full-time, on-site position based in Cheyenne, WY.
• A current US Citizen Passport is required.
