These duties include but are not limited to general facility supervision, assistance with A/V equipment, providing access to approved areas, and customer service, for all patrons. This position represents the college in a professional and positive manner. Additionally, this position will supervise the facility to maintain order and, assist with facility operations, communicate to patrons, report maintenance or repair needs; troubleshoot issues; and contribute to the general operations of the facility in accordance with LCCC policies and pensation: $15.03/hr. This listing of essential duties is not all-inclusive, but representative, other duties may be assigned).Provide excellent customer service in a professional and polite municate with Facilities and Events staff to prioritize scheduling and prepare facilities for use as indicated by the schedule.Meet with customers, organizations, and individuals to provide access to facilities, help setup initial use of the facilities, to include Audio/Visual equipment, and respond to any questions. Perform routine facility operations and organization duties; to include: the return of equipment to designated areas, unlock/lock facilities before and after usage, perform designated cleaning, and complete necessary area logs/forms. Effectively communicate and enforce LCCC facility and safety rules; communicate with the responsible individual or individuals for group events to ensure adequate customer service and that rules are followed. Follow area emergency procedures for the notification of first responders and emergency servicesReport any unsafe conditions, need for repair, or equipment maintenance needs to facility management.
