Remote Family Law Paralegal - Two Attorney maximum, Litigation!

This Jobot job is hosted by Jacob Vane. Salary information is provided as a range: $75,000.00/yr - $115,000.00/yr.

Responsibilities
  • Assist attorneys in drafting pleadings, declarations,disclosures, interrogatories, discovery requests, motions, proposed orders, stipulations, under attorney supervision
  • Support family law litigation, including divorce, custody, and support issues
  • Manage case files, deadlines, and communications with clients and other parties in a fast-paced environment
Qualifications
  • 7+ years minimum of experience
  • Family law litigation and in-depth knowledge of at least 1-2 local counties rules
  • Experience with sophisticated, high-asset cases and litigation
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Excel and Adobe
