The Senior Consultant provides support on integrated projects to customers and provides necessary assistance, guidance, and advice to executives, industry leaders, customer senior executives, and project managers in best practices, standard methodologies, and technology. Typically has a broad base of knowledge and experience across multiple industries, products, and services. Reporting to the Director of Professional Services, the Senior Consultant should be a Cisco Certified Network Professional (CCNP) or Cisco Certified Internetwork Expert (CCIE) with experience in Cisco Enterprise Infrastructure (Routing and Switching) and Data Center Products with Strong configuration and implementation skills in an enterprise scale environment.
Responsibilities:
Provide planning, design, configuration, and implementation services for client enterprise infrastructure and data center technology deployment projects
Provide technical project leadership for large scale enterprise infrastructure and data center technology deployment/migration projects
Provide presales solution and level of estimate development support as an enterprise infrastructure and data center technologies subject matter expert
Contribute to the development and ongoing improvement of CompuComs industry best practices and standards for deploying enterprise technologies
Requirements:
Minimum five to ten years of experience in the solution design, implementation planning, and deployment of Cisco and other multi-vendor networking solutions
Experience as a Senior Implementation Lead
Able to be a self-starter, multi-task and work with clients in challenging network environments and in multiple concurrent customer projects
Superior customer facing skills
Experience working directly with product vendors
Experience developing project plans, Level of Effort estimates, deployment and test plans
Strong Cisco Enterprise Infrastructure Route Switch and Data Center Engineer
Planning, design, and deployment/upgrade of enterprise core networks and data center networking in enterprise scale client environments
Experience with Python scripting for Cisco device configuration automation
Experience in design and deployment of data center and enterprise networking technologies such as NXOS, ACI, intent-base network, DNA and SD-WAN
Competency in design and deployment of Cisco security portfolio such as ISE, Zero Trust, Firepower, Umbrella, AMP and Email security a plus
Competency in wireless networking a plus
Design and deployment of multi-vendor solutions (Fortinet, HPE/Aruba, Juniper, Palo Alto, etc.) a plus
Experience with Microsoft Azure networking a plus
Methodical approach to problem solving and resolution
Self-driven and resourceful to achieve goals independently as well as work well in groups
Flexibility to adjust to changing requirements, schedules and priorities
The ability to socialize ideas, make recommendations and gather team consensus to move forward
The Principal Consultant must be able to effectively communicate both orally and in writing to technical and non-technical audiences at all levels in an organization; develop procedural documentation; develop and conduct effective presentations; effectively demonstrate products and solutions; and be able to write customer proposals
Education/Certifications:
Enterprise Infrastructure CCNP or CCIE
Additional Security, Wireless certifications a plus
Bachelors degree, technical degree or equivalent experience
Additional certifications in operating systems, databases and programming languages a plus

Wage Range : The annual starting salary for this position is between $101,250 $148,500 annually. Factors which may affect starting pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
