The Digital Channels Product group delivers online and mobile solutions for the Bank's clients, encompassing consumers, small businesses, and corporate entities.
In the role of Senior Digital Product Manager, you will drive the execution of our digital strategy and take charge of prioritizing and managing the deployment of the bank's online solutions.
This position is hybrid, requiring on-site work Monday through Thursday, with remote work on Fridays, available to candidates in the Kansas City metropolitan area. We also welcome qualified remote candidates from anywhere within the US.
Key Responsibilities:
Create comprehensive product roadmaps for the Digital Channel, utilizing industry trends, market research, client feedback, and insights from stakeholders.
Analyze and report on usage and trends across digital channels.
Develop Epics and Features for development while partnering with teams to prioritize stories for Agile delivery.
Act as a Channel Subject Matter Expert for internal teams, including business partners, sales, service, and support groups.
Collaborate with other Product Managers to introduce new functionalities and capabilities through Digital Channels.
Identify and collaborate with key vendors and fintech partners to enhance market offerings.
Coordinate with internal departments, such as compliance and legal, to ensure all product features meet company and regulatory standards.
Maintain current internal and external product documentation and due diligence.
Lead initiatives to productize Commercial APIs, including information reporting, payment solutions, and onboarding APIs.
Establish consistent procedures enabling Commercial clients to utilize standard APIs.
Qualifications:
A bachelor's degree combined with 7+ years of product management experience, including at least 5 years in digital channels, or an equivalent mix of education and experience.
Proven ability to influence and achieve consensus across cross-functional teams.
Experience in interpreting market and financial data to align strategies and foster product innovation.
Expertise in structuring client implementations, particularly leading teams focused on API integrations.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in digital product management within the banking sector.

Compensation Range:
$83,200.00 - $178,800.00
The posted compensation range reflects UMB's standard for this role. Actual compensation may differ based on location, experience level, and other job-related factors.
