About the Role

Join our dynamic Facility Condition Assessments (FCA) Team at CBRE | Turner & Townsend Inc. as a Quality Control Specialist. We are looking for a meticulous and detail-oriented professional who will play a crucial role in ensuring that our deliverables are accurate, consistent, and adhere to the highest standards. Your primary responsibility will be to identify content issues, enforce quality benchmarks, and collaborate with teams to deliver exceptional client reports in a timely manner.

Your Responsibilities

  • Data Assessment: Thoroughly review facility condition and asset data for quality, structure, and content. Identify any anomalies and inconsistencies. Strong command of the English language is essential to ensure grammatical accuracy.

  • Standards Adherence: Work closely with team members to ensure all quality standards and metrics such as accuracy, completeness, and timeliness are met consistently.

  • Data Cleansing and Resolution: Proactively identify and correct errors, inconsistencies, and redundancies in facility condition assessments and asset datasets.

  • Monitoring and Reporting: Evaluate data quality, provide corrective actions, and create reports for facility capital planning initiatives.

  • Process Improvement: Suggest enhancements to existing processes and workflows. Collaboration and teamwork are key, and we value those who are not afraid to ask questions.

What You'll Need

  • A commitment to performance excellence. A minimum of an Associate's degree or equivalent experience is preferred, with at least three years of related experience. Experience in the Architecture, Engineering, and Construction fields is a plus.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

  • Authorization to work in the United States without requiring visa sponsorship.

Key Skills

  • Exceptional writing skills, capable of communicating information clearly and concisely, and adapting style for various audiences.

  • Strong editing ability to ensure that technical documents are accurate and professionally presented.

  • Detail-oriented with the capacity to comprehend and interpret instructions and documentation efficiently.

  • Basic understanding of financial terminology and the ability to perform simple calculations.

  • Familiarity with architectural, mechanical, and electrical components, along with industry standards and language is beneficial.

Disclaimer:

Effective January 1, 2025, CBRE Project Management and Turner & Townsend will merge into a single global entity. Your employment may initially be with CBRE Project Management, after which you will transition to the consolidated organization.

Compensation factors include a candidate's experience and qualifications, with salaries ranging from $50,000 to $70,000 annually. Eligible candidates may receive a discretionary bonus based on performance. This role offers benefits including 401(K), Dental, Health, Life, and Vision insurance.
