Clerical Assistant Basic

Clerical Assistant Basic Details:

• Temporary position
• $ 17.01 / hour
• Full Time work available
• First Shift (Monday through Friday from 08:00am to 05:00pm)

• Files, copies, and distributes mail
• May act in a receptionist capacity to answer multi-line phone and assist walk in customers
• May do some minor data entry into spreadsheets or databases
• Will utilize Windows and Google Workspace, e-mail.

Clerical Assistant Basic Qualifications:

• High school graduate
• Minimum of 12 months office experience
• Working knowledge of Windows and Google Workspace
• Some type of e-mail package
• Familiarity with some type of word processing package

• Applicant may be subject to a background check
• Pre-employment drug screen is required as a condition of employment
