Vail Resorts, Inc. - - Responsibilities: Maintain situational awareness and represent GTLC and the Security Department with professionalism, discretion, and sound judgment at all times.; Respond promptly and professionally to medical emergencies, safety incidents, de-escalations, wildlife interactions, disputes, and violations in a remote National Park environment.; Provide consistent 24/7 security coverage in guest activity areas and employee housing.; Conduct routine patrols, inspections, and field assignments in accordance with departmental standards and expectations.; Communicate effectively with guests, employees, and team members to de-escalate and resolve incidents.
