The Chief Financial Officer (or CFO) is responsible for overseeing Simons financial operations and making decisions based on the companys financial situation. They will guarantee the reliability and relevance of economic and financial information in compliance with legal rules, as well as with Colas USAs internal procedures. To help support this function, they will serve as the head of the finance and accounting departments, leading a team of professionals both directly and indirectly. The CFO will further serve as a key member of the Simon executive leadership team.
