As a Maintenance Manager at the Cheyenne, Wyoming's chemical plant, you will be responsible for daily maintenance activities in support of operating units. You will direct the planned maintenance program and participate in Turnaround planning and execution. Other duties include:Demonstrate and/or lead the commitment to the pursuit of achieving Zero Harm through behavioral based safety. (Ensure SAO, JSA, Take 5s, stretching, and all safety rules are being completed.)Ensure compliance with applicable Company HSE Performance Standards, as well as applicable acts and regulations. Live and foster the Dyno Nobel Corporate Values. Manages the Craft Supervisors & Planning Supervisor. Directs daily maintenance activities. Manage maintenance department spending within approved budget for controllable costs. Participate in annual budget process and develop budget for the maintenance department.
