[Billing / Collections / Remote] - Anywhere in U.S. / $60,000-$70,000-yr + Bonus Eligibility / Competitive Benefits Program - As an Accounts Receivable Specialist, you will: Monitor and process customer payments in a timely and accurate manner; Review and reconcile accounts to ensure accuracy and identify any discrepancies; Communicate with customers to resolve payment issues and answer inquiries; Prepare and send out invoices, statements, and reminders to customers; Maintain and update customer records and payment information; Assist with month-end close processes and provide reports on accounts receivable status; Submit delinquent accounts to collections when necessary; Collaborate with other departments to resolve payment and billing discrepancies; Maintain confidentiality of sensitive financial information.
