Aerotek - - Responsibilities: Inspect, select, and assemble rigging equipment such as slings, chains, chokers, shackles, spreader bars, and hoists to prepare for safe lifting operations.; Assist crane operators with rigging and setting electrical switchgear, cabinets, and other electrical equipment according to site plans and instructions.; Safely connect, position, and guide loads during lifts, maintaining control and clear communication throughout each operation.; Secure loads and attach rigging using appropriate methods to ensure safe lifting, movement, and placement of materials and equipment.; Communicate clearly with crane operators and team members using voice, standardized hand signals, and radio communication to coordinate lifts and movements.
