Allied Universal - - Responsibilities: Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, contractors, and/or property staff by carrying out site-specific procedures, access-related protocols, and when appropriate, emergency response activities; Respond to incidents, unusual activity, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and reporting concerns through appropriate channels; Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the property, including building interiors, exterior grounds, parking areas, and perimeter locations, helping to deter unauthorized activity and identify security-related concerns; Monitor entry and exit points, observe contractor and visitor activity, and support property rules and post orders at a commercial real estate location; Assist with incident reporting, directional assistance, and communication with property management and/or first responders during alarms, maintenance issues, or other onsite events
