Job Summary
The Supervisor is responsible for the day-to-day operations of a work group, including work analysis and staffing, customer interaction, quality assurance, continuous improvement, and performance management of assigned staff. The role focuses on maintaining steady workflow and productivity, meeting service/productivity standards, resolving operational problems, and identifying business process opportunities.

Responsibilities
Oversee the day-to-day activities of the Collection Specialists, including hiring, performance management, metrics, scorecards, conference calls, aged statement reviews, and other duties. Coach and counsel employees on performance. Ensure proper coverage, adherence to protocols, and follow-up actions. Provide daily work direction and input on hiring, firing, and performance. Ensure coverage through scheduling, attendance management, and payroll.
Handle complex collection/customer issue escalations.
Review and approve default packages.
Review and approve credit memos.
Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Business, Accounting, or Finance preferred.
Five or more years of related business work experience.
Five or more years of management or supervisory experience leading salaried personnel.
Compensation
Base salary ranges from $65,000 to $75,000 annually. The position may be eligible for an annual bonus, commission, and/or long?term incentive plan.
