What You'll Do:

As the Maintenance Manager, you will lead daily maintenance operations supporting plant production units. You will oversee preventive and planned maintenance programs while playing a key role in turnaround planning and execution. This is an excellent opportunity for a hands-on leader with strong industrial maintenance experience.

What We're Looking For:

✔ Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Chemical Engineering OR 10+ years of maintenance/industrial construction management experience

✔ 3+ years of supervisory experience

✔ 3+ years in chemical manufacturing, refining, or other heavy industrial environments

✔ Knowledge of ASME Section VIII and welding/construction codes

✔ Experience with Process Safety Management (PSM) and mechanical integrity programs

✔ Ability to read and interpret PFDs, P&IDs, equipment drawings, and technical manuals

✔ Experience troubleshooting equipment failures and conducting Root Cause Failure Analysis (RCFA)

✔ Proficiency with CMMS and planning tools such as SAP, Primavera, MS Project, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
