Position SummaryThe Sr. Analyst, Project Manager role supports strategic growth initiatives across the Dental & Vision Small and Mid-Size Business Sales organization, emphasizing standalone dental operations, Gateway implementation/enhancements, sales support operations, and cross‑functional project execution. The role serves as a key liaison between Sales, Product, IT, Operations, and Distribution partners to ensure streamlined processes, improved broker experience, and execution of enterprise priorities.Primary Job Duties & ResponsibilitiesManage and oversee the standalone dental mailbox, including triage, routing, escalation management, and workflow coordination across sales, underwriting, and operations teams.Partner with Sales to support standalone dental and vision growth initiatives and ensure timely follow‑up on broker and field requests.Coordinate Gateway enhancement initiatives, gathering business requirements, testing issue tracking, user feedback, and implementation support.Support sales teams with RFP coordination, reporting requests, quote tracking, broker issue resolution, and strategic case support.Support reporting and analytics related to standalone dental growth, Gateway adoption, sales performance, and operational effectiveness.Identify opportunities for process improvement and recommend scalable solutions that enhance service delivery and sales execution.Maintain strong working relationships with internal business partners and field sales teams to ensure alignment on priorities and execution.Required Qualifications1-5 years of relevant experience.Knowledge and experience in managed care and/or sales, such as product/process/systems knowledge, underwriting practices, account management, healthcare RFPs, and administrative operations.Working knowledge of problem solving and decision‑making skills.Strong presentation and communication skills; ability to modify communication delivery based on audience.Preferred QualificationsCertified Analytics Professional (CAP).Project Management Professional (PMP).Bachelor's degree.EducationHigh School Diploma or equivalent.Prior relevant work experience, 1-5 years.Anticipated Weekly Hours40Time TypeFull timePay Range$46,988.00 - $112,200.00BenefitsThis full time position is eligible for a comprehensive benefits package designed to support the physical, emotional, and financial well‑being of colleagues and their families.
