You're here to build what's next, on a team that outperforms every norm.We encourage you to learn more about Accenture Infrastructure & Capital Projects and our work.THE WORKYou'll prepare cost estimates, cost plans, and benchmarking reports.You'll develop Value Engineering and Life Cycle Costing options.You'll identify risks, support risk registers, and contribute to pre-contract and procurement processes.You'll attend client and design team meetings, advise on cost implications, and capture key actions.You'll assist with lease negotiations, change orders, invoices, cost reports, and development appraisals.You'll contribute to project templates, draft qualification questionnaires, and take on additional duties as required.Onsite at client site : The work location for this role is onsite with our clients and partners to enable delivery and cultivate our client relationships.With all our roles, there is some in-person time for collaboration, learning and building relationships with clients, peers, leaders and communities. As an employer, we will be as flexible as possible to support your specific work/life needs.HERE'S WHAT YOU'LL NEEDMinimum five (5) years of experience in cost estimating or quantity surveyingProficient in the use of advanced functions in CostX to produce estimates, bills, etc.Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word & PowerPoint) at an appropriate levelContact preparation skillsPost contract administration skillsProject close-out skillsTeam player with clear verbal and written communication skillsOrganized and detail-orientedBONUS POINTS IF YOU HAVEExperience working with data centers or similar mission-critical projectsDegree in Quantity Surveying or a similar cognate qualificationMRICS statusKnowledge of relevant construction technologies and trends (e.g., Sustainability)Field experience$130,000 - $170,000 a yearCompensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience.
