Ryder is Now Hiring Local CDL-A Truck Drivers in Aurora, CO

Get Home Daily - Earn $1,531+ per Week

Pay, Home Time & More:

• Earn $1,531+ per week
• Hourly pay: $31.40 per hour
• Hours per week: 40 - 50 hours
• Per diem pay: $40.00 per night with 1 - 2 nights per week
• Paid weekly
• Local route, get home daily!

Shift & Freight Details:

• Paid Training
• Schedule: Monday – Friday
• Dispatch Time: 5:00 AM
• Working 4 - 10 hour days - 1 day off within the week
• Deliver solo to: CO
• Tractor type: Straight Truck & Pup Trailers
• Trailer type: Straight Truck 26' & Pup Trailers 28'
• Equipment: Hand truck and liftgate
• Freight: Heavy touch - pet food
• Route delivery experience required

Requirements:

• Valid Class A CDL
• 9 months of experience within the past 3 years
• Minimum 21 years of age
• Route delivery experience required
• Beverage delivery experience (soft drink, beer, or similar high‑volume route delivery)
• Familiarity with fast‑paced routes, multiple stops, and touch freight environments
• Pass a Ryder Drug Test
• Pass a Ryder Background and Motor vehicle check including drug and alcohol verification from previous employers for the last 3 years
• Pass a DOT physical and Ryder road test
