Adecco is hiring immediately for in-person Manufacturing Associates at a local client in Fort Collins, CO. Manufacturing Associates do essential jobs with one of our premier clients, with rates starting at $18.00/hr., plus available overtime. In this role, you will assemble, solder, calibrate, and test complex components, track production metrics, provide feedback, and ensure all products meet customer specifications.

Requirements:

· High School Diploma or GED

· At least 1 year of experience working with Soldering Iron - Cable soldering a plus!

· Proven critical thinking skills

· Problem solver and team player

· Strong work ethic and ability to provide continuous improvement to processes

· Proven communication and organizational skills

· Ability to work closely and effectively with engineering

· Go getter attitude

· Ability to handle multiple assignments and responsibilities

· Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Available Shifts:

· 1st Shift: Monday – Friday 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM

Pay Details: $18.00 per hour
