Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
Independently perform complex service, maintenance, and repair of fire sprinkler systems.
Serve as a subject matter expert on fire sprinkler systems, codes, and compliance requirements.
Diagnose complex system deficiencies and perform or recommend corrective actions.
Use hand tools and testing equipment to complete advanced technical tasks.
Ensure compliance with NFPA standards, local codes, and company procedures.
Provide mentorship, training, and technical guidance to technicians and apprentices.
Support technical development across branch or regional teams.
Assist in quality assurance and process improvement initiatives.
Communicate effectively with customers, leadership, and internal teams.
Other duties as assigned by management.
Education/Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent.
7+ years of experience in the fire and life safety industry as a technician.
NICET Level II or above preferred.
Advanced knowledge of fire sprinkler systems, service procedures, and applicable codes.
May hold advanced licenses and/or certifications.
Must have a clean driving record and active driver's license.

Physical Requirements:
Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting, climbing ladders, and working in various environments.
Ability to lift 50+ pounds.
