Adecco is currently seeking detail-oriented and customer-focused Temp Sales Administrative Support professionals to join a dynamic team in Fort Collins. These are onsite positions offering the opportunity to work closely with customers and internal teams in a fast-paced, professional environment.
This role requires a polished and professional individual who is comfortable interacting directly with customers regarding orders, invoices, and account support.
Accurately input and manage customer orders within internal systems, ensuring all details are correct and complete
Partner with internal teams to support credit approvals and financial-related order processes
Maintain and update customer profiles, ensuring records are current and accurate
Respond to customer inquiries related to orders, providing updates and resolving routine questions
Assist with administrative support for customer accounts, including documentation and tracking activities
Support data entry and system maintenance to ensure consistency and accuracy across platforms
Collaborate with logistics teams to support order fulfillment and shipping coordination
One role will focus on international orders, including preparing export documentation and supporting global shipping processes
Strong customer service and communication skills with a polished, professional presence
High attention to detail and accuracy in administrative tasks
Ability to prioritize and manage multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment
Strong organizational and time management skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general computer systems
Previous experience in administrative, order processing, or customer support roles preferred
Pay: $24.00/hour
Location: Onsite in Fort Collins, CO
Schedule: Monday–Friday, standard business hours
